Responsibilities
Qualifications
-Expertise in designing, developing and implementing ITIL and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Service Operation processes, policies and procedures to support IT operational excellence.
– Be able to conduct a thorough analysis of data coupled with business understanding, provides insights on current performance and improvement opportunities
– Strong understanding of the ITIL framework, service management processes, specifically Service Operation processes.
– Experience using service management tools (e.g ServiceNow)
– High level of IT technical competent skills, great communication skillsSummary
