Job Title: Journeyman Pipefitter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Pipefitter to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on compression and bolt-up assemblies. Responsibilities include reading Pipefitting drawings (P&ID), threading pipe, screwing pipe, spool installations, running bolt-up procedures, hydrotesting the product, and using a crane to assemble compression systems. Additional tasks may include various odd jobs around the facility or assisting other tradesmen.

Shift: Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional work available on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Read Pipefitting drawings (P&ID)

• Thread and screw pipes

• Install spools

• Execute bolt-up procedures

• Perform hydrotesting on products

• Operate cranes for assembly of compression systems

• Assist with various tasks around the facility

• Support other tradesmen as needed

Essential Skills

• Journeyman level experience with compressor fabrication (2+ years)

• Experience in a fabrication environment

• Threaded piping experience

• Knowledge of bolt-up procedures

• Experience with crane operation

• Ability to read Pipefitting and Instrumentation drawings

• Assembly skills

Work Environment

The position is not transit accessible. The first week includes orientation with the HSE Manager and working alongside a buddy. The shop is clean and organized, providing a conducive environment for productivity and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.00 – $44.00
