We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional who is passionate about solving real-world problems and contributing to a diverse range of innovative and technically challenging projects.Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and analysis of structural systems including conveying equipment, bulk loading/unloading infrastructure, industrial buildings, and process equipment supports
Assist with field inspections of heavy industrial equipment and infrastructure at ports, marine terminals, and mining sites
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings
Collaborate with senior engineers, clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver project solutions
Contribute to project planning, coordination, and quality assurance
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering
Registration or eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC
0–5 years of relevant structural design experience (industrial or infrastructure sectors preferred)
Experience with inspection and repair projects is an asset
Proficiency in structural modeling software (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, STAAD)
Working knowledge of REVIT and other drafting tools
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Valid BC driver’s license
