As we expand globally, we are looking for a strategic Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our partnerships with educational institutions worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with educational institutes, ensuring they see The Social Hub as the ultimate place for to stay, meet, and connect. You’ll drive growth by fostering long-term partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and optimizing collaboration between The Social Hub and academic institutions across the globe. You understand the needs of international student mobility, study-abroad programs, and institutional partnerships, and you know how to align these with The Social Hub’s diverse offerings. Your expertise in account management and relationship-building will be key to ensuring our educational partners feel valued, engaged, and excited to work with us.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage and grow relationships with educational organizations worldwide, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a global account management strategy that strengthens ties with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Be the main point of contact for educational institutions, proactively addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities to maximize the value of our partnership.
  • Negotiate and secure agreements that align with The Social Hub’s goals and provide exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and commercial managers to ensure smooth coordination across all TSH locations
  • Stay ahead of market trends in education and international student mobility, using insights to drive innovation and tailor TSH’s offerings to institutional needs.
  • Represent The Social Hub at international education fairs, conferences, and networking events to expand our presence in the global education sector.

Who You Are: 

  • A relationship-driven professional with 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally in education, hospitality, or international student mobility.
  • Experienced in managing partnerships with universities, student housing providers, or study-abroad organizations.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how to align business goals with institutional needs.
  • A strong communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work with diverse stakeholders across different cultures.
  • Passionate about education, hospitality, and building international communities.
