Labor & Employment Lawyer, Ontario

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Lawyer to work on a remote or hybrid basis in the Ontario region. Our clients are some of the world’s largest and most influential companies, working across all industries. Responsibilities:

• Work with and advise business clients and HR teams directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 8+ years of experience counseling clients on employment and labor law issues, conducting investigations, drafting responses to administrative charges, handling reductions in force, and developing and implementing employment handbooks, policies and procedures.
• Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience taking on complex projects.
• Experience working with HR teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
