We are currently seeking two lawyers with one to five years of experience to join our team in Toronto.
KPMG law’s Tax Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice is the second largest tax litigation practice in Canada, with over 150 lawyers nationally, and a team of 40 dedicated solely to helping our clients resolve their Canadian tax disputes.
We work on precedent setting issues on a regular basis and have earned a strong reputation for solving problems, providing answers, and delivering results. We are recognized among Canada’s top tax litigation firms and our lawyers are recognized as leaders in the field.
We assist taxpayers to obtain timely and fair resolutions in their tax disputes. We are involved at each stage of the tax dispute process – audit, administrative appeal, and litigation in federal and provincial courts and tribunals.
We invest ourselves in our clients’ challenges and take up their cause with relentless focus, as we strive to find common ground quickly and effectively to achieve the best possible resolution. We work in teams to help our clients solve their tax disputes issues
