We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.Your RoleAs the Technical Lead DevOps Engineer of a Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be designing, orchestrating, and delivering secure, reliable, and scalable Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions to enable the execution of our internal customers’ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Jenkins Pipelines on hyperscalers such as GCP, Azure, and SAP’s Converged Cloud.As the Cloud Infrastructure team behind SAP Commerce Cloud’s CI/CD pipelines, you will be working with a variety of teams globally to enable SAP Commerce business solutions.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalence through the combination of your curriculum and experience.Verbal and written fluency in English is required.Expectations and TasksAs Technical Lead, you will:

• Work with an Agile team working on a hybrid Scrum and Kanban model
• Work at flexible times to effectively collaborate with team members in different time zones (such as EST, CST, and IST) with Montreal as the main base of operations
• Have the opportunity to use the latest open-source technologies to design, implement, and maintain a secure, reliable, and highly available infrastructure
• Have ownership over making decisions for and with your team
• Be responsible for implementation, knowledge sharing, organization of all relevant tasks, and internal communications

The team also provides on-call support to ensure that the infrastructure is always available.We expect strong experience in the following areas:

• Linux administration
• Network architecture and troubleshooting
• Container orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Gardener)
• Coding and scripting languages (e.g. Go, Python, Bash)
• Containerization tools (e.g. Docker, Podman, Kaniko)
• Hyperscaler platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Azure, SAP Converged Cloud)
• Cloud policy compliance and tools (e.g. OPA Gatekeeper)
• Continuous Integration (CI) (e.g. Jenkins, MegaLinter, Tekton)
• Continuous Delivery (CD) (e.g. ArgoCD)
• Secrets management (e.g. Vault)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Terraform, Pulumi)
• Kubernetes tools (e.g. Helm, Kustomize, KubeApps)
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus and exporters, Thanos, Grafana, Loki, InfluxDB)
• Service Meshing tools (e.g. Linkerd, Istio)

Votre RôleEn qualité d’ingénieur DevOps principal et de responsable technique d’une équipe, vous serez fortement impliqué(e) dans la mise à disposition et la maintenance d’une solution d’infrastructure en tant que service (IaaS) sécuritaire, fiable, et extensible pour ainsi permettre l’exécution de pipelines d’intégration et de livraison continues (CI/CD) dans des infrastructures hyperscale Cloud (notamment Google Cloud Platform, Azure et SAP Converged Cloud). • Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe Agile suivant un modèle hybride Scrum et Kanban.
• Vous travaillerez selon des horaires flexibles afin de collaborer efficacement avec les membres d’équipes situés dans différents fuseaux horaires (actuellement, EST, CST, IST), la majorité se situant à Montréal
• Vous contribuerez à la conception, l’implémentation et la maintenance pour garantir une infrastructure sécurisée, fiable et à très haute disponibilité, utilisant des technologies de pointe et logiciels libres
• En qualité de responsable technique, vous devrez non seulement prendre des décisions avec votre équipe, mais aussi vous charger d’implémentations, des communications internes, du partage des connaissances et de l’organisation des tâches associées.

L’équipe assure également un système d’astreinte pour garantir en permanence la disponibilité de l’infrastructure.Nous recherchons un candidat avec une grande expérience dans les domaines suivants :
