We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Analyst who will report to the Manager, Human Resources, for a 12-month term position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. In this role, the successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including being a key member of our learning management system (LMS) SuccessFactors implementation team, on-going management of the LMS, facilitating the execution of learning and development initiatives, creating and maintaining functional competencies across the organization, assisting other departments with training and tracking, as well as special projects as they arise.RESPONSIBILITIES:
