The legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to lawyers and other stakeholders within our corporate legal department. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail. The Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including legal documentation, file management, invoice payment, budget and expense preparation and tracking, assistance with travel/expense arrangements for lawyers and other tasks as required. This is also a key support role for co-ordination of meetings, materials and other assistance for the operations of the Board of Directors.
The Legal Assistant will also collaborate with the Global Legal Operations Manager/ other members of the Global Legal Operations team to identify and action opportunities to improve processes across the legal function. This is a full-time on-site, permanent role, based in Nutrien’s Saskatoon, Saskatchewan office.
