Job Description:THE ROLE:Drive Digital Transformation through Compliance & Data AnalyticsAre you ready to take on a transformative role at the intersection of compliance, digital tools, and enterprise innovation? Our client is seeking a Legal & Compliance Coordinator to support key elements of their digital transformation initiatives. This on-site role in Edmonton offers a unique blend of compliance, project management, and analytics responsibilities, empowering you to make a meaningful impact on business alignment and regulatory adherence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine Power BI dashboards to track compliance metrics, risks, and remediation progress
  • Conduct data analysis to measure project success and manage ad hoc reporting needs for investigations or inquiries
  • Compile quarterly reports with actionable compliance metrics for leadership teams
  • Manage and prepare insurance license renewals, corporate registrations, and filings across Canada. Maintain accurate licensing records and ensure adherence to evolving regulations
  • Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies for security, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Draft and revise policies and procedures to reflect regulatory updates. Organize and maintain legal and compliance documents for easy access
  • Track, analyze, and escalate issues related to complaints and privacy investigations
  • Contribute to the development of training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools. Track training completion metrics and integrate insights into enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, expense management, and special project coordination
  • Assist leadership in improving tools, reporting capabilities, and compliance-related processes

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role with compliance, legal administration, or data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe® methodologies
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory obligations and mitigating risk exposure
  • Proven ability to support organizational transitions and ensure user adoption of new systems
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, AI fundamentals, and project-relevant software systems
  • Advanced skills with Power BI, DAX, and Excel/VBA; IBMi knowledge is a plus
  • Postsecondary education in business, analytics, compliance, or a related field
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • — Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), CBAP, or other business analysis certifications
  • — Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certifications
  • — PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, or other project management credentials
