Job purpose and Impact

As Legal Counsel EMEA, you will provide hands-on legal guidance with real impact. From strategic deals to compliance and everything in between.

You will report to the Senior Legal Counsel EAAA and play a key role in supporting our EMEA-business operations.

Main responsibilities

• Support sales team in commercial negotiations and bidding processes.
• Advise and manage a variety of commercial transactions with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Draft and negotiate distributor/dealer agreements, NDA’s, and templates.
• Identify and communicate legal risks and liabilities.
• Manage corporate legal requirements across EMEA entities.
• Assist with litigation, employment and compliance matters.
• Handle data privacy concerns and documentation, including GDPR.
• Liaise with regulatory and governmental bodies.
• Coordinate across departments to streamline procedures and ensure legal alignment.
• Support corporate housekeeping and manage outside counsel.

Requirements

• law Degree from a qualified university
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate and commercial law
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Solid experience with GDPR and employment law
• You apply your legal expertise in a way that supports business goals
• Experience working in a multinational corporate environment
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable making decisions in fast-paced settings
• A connector who thrives in cross-functional teams and builds strong working relationships
