• Corporate Records management and facilitating corporate changes and reorgs
• Drafting legal tools and processes such as Wills, POAs, Certificate of Appointment Applications, OBCA forms and records
• Preparing Real Estate Sales and reporting letters
• Billing, general file administration, estate, and POA accounting

How will you know if you are qualified?You are an experienced legal professional. More importantly, you are working on being the best human you can be every day.You are a true expert in your field; Knowledgeable and practiced- you have ground it out, done the 10,000 hours, and are still striving for more achievements.This is what make you the Super Clerk we are looking for!You have 7+ years of experience in private legal practice helping lawyers deliver above-standard legal solutions in:

• Corporate Law
• Estate Planning
• Estate Administration
• Real Estate

You are clerking for a private law practice but, you would leave for want of culture and cause.You are somebody local to the Waterdown ON area who would love the idea of working less and making the same money.This is a 40-hour work week that allows for a life outside of work.Great starting salary indicative of your Super Clerk expertise, 4 weeks vacation plus a few extra days off, decent group benefits after probation, very real, very hardworking team to join and work alongside, Fridays off in the summer.You have an uncaged desire to match your legal skills with customer service exceptionalism because you have a lifetime of experience of:
