Job Title: Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher – Day Shift (Brampton)Location:
Brampton, ONShift Available:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri)10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon to Fri)Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you’ll oversee and manage product movement, coordinate shipments, and ensure a seamless distribution process across the network. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch freight across distribution centers
• Manage shipping, receiving, and routing of orders
• Respond to inquiries and maintain strong vendor and client relationships
• Maintain and update inbound/outbound trackers
• Support operations and assist with improving workflow efficiency
• Work with floor and inventory teams to prioritize critical orders
• Conduct effective dock meetings and provide team feedback
• Participate in training, performance evaluations, and team development

Experience & Availability:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse coordination
• Must be available for full-time night shift as listed above

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse software
• Knowledge of supply chain, shipping, and receiving processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to give feedback and support a team environment
