Our client, a well-known law firm, is looking for an established Litigation Legal Assistant to join their firm. The company’s corporate culture is second to none, so someone who is energetic, keen and proactive will excel in this role.Job duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Organizing meetings and calendar management
• Providing high level legal administrative support
• Managing and distributing information regarding management of the firm
• Preparing correspondence for internal and external distribution
• Arranging partnership events

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years’ Executive Assistant experience, with preference given to those who have worked in a law firm
• 1 year of LAA experience
• Exceptional organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work well
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing and confident
