We are currently seeking a Logistics Administrative Clerk to join the team of a manufacturing company in St-Jérôme. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative and logistics tasks to ensure smooth operations and sales support. 35-hour work schedule per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Eastern time)
Hourly wage of $22

Support the management of operations by handling transport logistics
Customer service for transport reservations
Refactoring of transport service
Regular communication with clients for transport submissions and delivery requests
Management of emails, sending copies of invoices, statements of account, and client payments
Assist with order processing and data entry during workload overflows
Provide prices for items
Participate in the success of the migration to a new ERP software, data entry, and other related tasks
Conduct online research for administrative tasksQualifications
Bilingual (French and English)
Advanced computer skills, including intermediate Excel for ongoing submission reports
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
