• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Salary: $58,000 – $60,000 per year

Position Summary:

As a Logistics Analyst (Order Management) , you will play a crucial role in our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment , ensuring seamless order flow from client requests to final delivery. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, and resolving order-related challenges to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end order flow, ensuring all orders are planned and prepared for execution.

• Track and trace orders through courier and carrier portals, ensuring real-time visibility and issue resolution.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and ad hoc KPI reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.

• Research and resolve order exceptions in collaboration with internal and external teams.

• Accurately enter and update customer orders across multiple platforms and interfaces.

• Work closely with operational teams to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.

• Provide top-tier, professional customer service by effectively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset to enhance workflows and improve KPIs.

• Ability to adapt to changing regulations, procedures, and industry standards.

• High attention to detail with strong follow-up practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts).

• Ability to quickly learn new TMS/WMS software and systems such as Manhattan SCALE, SAP, and Salesforce .

• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• College degree or technical certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
