– Plan, coordinate and monitor various transport operations
– Optimize and use our computer system, including TruckMate software
– Collect all important customer information in order to offer the best transport quote with the best transit time
– Call on our various partners for availability and the best possible rates
– Communicate with shippers and consignees to learn about their particularitiesQualifications
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
– Advanced French is required
– Good knowledge of the territory (asset)
– Strong customer service skills
– Knowledge of TruckMate software
– Attention to detail
