Kelly Services has partnered with a 3PL Logistics Provider in Burlington, Ontario and looking to recruit for a Logistics/ Freight Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Daily track & trace of all shipments
Booking orders with Carriers
Keep shippers updated on shipments & assisting with any issues when they arise
Identify problems and work to resolve within the team
Print and match invoices to shipment
Daily log of shipments
Skills & Experience:
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Multitasker
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer Service experience
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word & Outlook
