Salary: 27.50/hr

Etobicoke location manufacturing organization is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have a minimum of 1 years of machine operating experience, we want to talk to you.

What’s Offered

• 27.50./hr.
• Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Potential for long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Watch machine operations and fix any problems that come up
• Working drill press, debur and chamfer machines
• Make sure parts meet quality standards and production goals
• Check parts visually after each cycle and complete other inspections as needed
• Run parts efficiently to make the best use of machine time
• Record shift production numbers and help plan work for the next shift
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety and company rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprint readings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to push, pull and lift to 40lbs
