Salary: 24.00/hr
Our client, a manufacturer in the Mississauga area, is looking for a Machine Operators for a temporary to permanent assignments for their day and afternoon shifts, starting as soon as possible. If you have 2+ years experience working as a machine operator and are open to working a temporary to permanent assignment, we want to hear from you.
What our client offers:
- 24.00/hr. + shift premium for afternoon shift
- Day Shift, Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 11:15pm
- Potential for longer term opportunities based on personal performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot different machines during production
- Check for quality issues as product comes off the machine
- Support the production team to ensure machines are producing parts to meet targets and KPI’s
- Problem solves any issues that arise
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Experience operating, setup, and maintaining machinery
- Ability and experience to perform quality checks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
