✅ Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines in accordance with all safety protocols and procedures🔄 Changeover materials and update production dates based on current shop order requirements💻 Operate IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems efficiently and accurately⚙️ Identify and clear jams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs when possible to minimize downtime🧼 Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance, and promptly notify the appropriate personnel when additional maintenance is required📋 Report any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members immediately🔧 Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leadQualifications
✅ Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
📘 Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement
⏰ Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
🤝 Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
