Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines in accordance with all safety protocols and proceduresChangeover materials and update production dates based on current shop order requirementsOperate IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems efficiently and accuratelyIdentify and clear jams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs when possible to minimize downtimePerform routine cleaning and general maintenance, and promptly notify the appropriate personnel when additional maintenance is requiredReport any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members immediatelySupport other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leadQualifications
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Willing to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices to support continuous improvement
Flexible availability, including overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed
Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Demonstrates initiative, follows directions, and executes plans efficiently
Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is considered an asset
Consistently practices safe work habits and displays a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, startup, safety, operations, and Critical Quality Points (CQP)Summary
