Salary: 24.00/hr

Our client, a manufacturer in the Mississauga area, is looking for a Machine Operators for a temporary to permanent assignments for their day and afternoon shifts, starting as soon as possible. If you have 2+ years experience working as a machine operator and are open to working a temporary to permanent assignment, we want to hear from you.

What our client offers:

• 24.00/hr. + shift premium for afternoon shift
• Day Shift, Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 11:15pm
• Potential for longer term opportunities based on personal performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot different machines during production
• Check for quality issues as product comes off the machine
• Support the production team to ensure machines are producing parts to meet targets and KPI’s
• Problem solves any issues that arise
• Other duties assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Experience operating, setup, and maintaining machinery
• Ability and experience to perform quality checks
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
