  • Development, optimization, and implementation of dynamic reports aligned with the self-service strategy, following the guidelines and best practices of the region. Using visualization tools (PBI, Tableau)

Provides recurring reporting / Ad hoc / on demand related to customers and products (low-cost deposits, certificates, Retail loans, commercial loans, and credit cards, merchants)

  • Helps the business leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement, detect trends, recognize potential issues, and offer solutions with the goal of improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and generating profit for the business.
  • Development, optimization, and implementation of data models according to business needs, for proper data management and reporting implementation, complying with the regulations established by IT Toronto, PIA Data Office and Global Analytics.
  • Provide metrics and visibility related to customers and the use of physical and electronic service channels: branches, Internet Banking, ATM, POS, Alternate Paying channels (Tpago, Pagatodo), ACH, LBTR, international transfers, etc.
  • Leads a customer-centric culture for his entire team to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Ensure the levels of satisfaction of internal customers in relation to the requirements received (delivery time, quality of information, SLA, etc.)
  • Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Engineering/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Computer Science or related areas.
  • + 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
  • + 3 three years of experience with SQL, Oracle, SAS, solutions including implementation, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, tuning and infrastructure.
  • + 3 three years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Advanced knowledge in using scripting and automation languages ( Python, R, Visual Basic, C#, JavaScript)
  • Intermediate knowledge of use of productivity tools (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket)
  • Advanced knowledge on Management of spreadsheets and desktop database (Excel, MS Access, SQLite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be Fully bilingual.
