Job Description:We are seeking a Manager, Data Delivery to join our client’s growing Data & Analytics team. The selected candidate will be proficient in managing data and analytics projects across various business lines, using Jira software and agile delivery methodology to guide teams through use cases and other development projects. The role requires a skilled communicator who can effectively coordinate with both internal and external project team members.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple vendors and internal resources across various time zones to ensure alignment on development timelines and smooth transitions between teams regarding project deliverables.
Supervise the delivery process from requirements gathering to data visualization, working closely with multiple delivery vendors.
Facilitate cross-functional teams including product owners, IT data engineering, IT security, business data analytics, and data science for assigned projects.
Prepare and present program-level reports to project stakeholders and executives at biweekly Project Review meetings.
Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Stand-ups.
Manage and co-administer various Jira boards such as Enterprise Engineering, Prototyping, etc.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for project risks, ensuring timely communication with the relevant parties.
Forecast and schedule required IT expertise for the project, identifying any conflicts, gaps, or overlaps.
Ensure successful transition of projects to operations, considering operational aspects during the build phase.
Implement Enterprise standards, policies, and procedures for data and analytics project delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Data Delivery
Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies
Must have a Certified Scrum Master certification
Previous experience as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager
Proficiency in using JIRA for project management
Familiarity with Azure SQL Database and managing complex datasets
Demonstrated skills in data analytics and data integration; SQL and PowerBI
Experience in data governance to ensure data integrity and security
Expected salary
$100000 – 115000 per year
