Join our Enterprise Technology Services Team!
Collaborating with the Director, Enterprise Technology Services, Governance & Control, our Manager will monitor and maintain an effective internal control environment across the business units in accordance with organization policies and in compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
The manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of IT governance frameworks and controls. This role ensures that IT processes align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The manager will direct a team to maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of IT systems and processes.
Responsibilities:

Direct a team of contract and full time analysts to review and update the process, risk and control framework for the IT organization.

Lead various information security, third party controls and compliance assessments.

Assist with conducting various information security, third party compliance assessments.

Assist with RCSAs, initiative risk assessments (information security risks), audits and control testing reviews as well as third party/vendor management security control reviews.

Govern, operate and mature the organizational technology risk management program.

Design QA processes for internal processes to ensure Line 1B mandate is being performed appropriately and drive improvements where necessary.

Capture and report organizational technology risk program status and metrics.

Improve and provide oversight of organizational resilience capabilities.

Collaborate and participate with GIRM to complete, improve program according to GIRM and OSFI expectations.

Assist with lifecycle activities of Information Risk Standards and Technology Risk Policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years’ of progressive Information Technology and Infrastructure/Architecture experience with a minimum of one year passionate about Cyber Security. Experience in planning, configuring, deploying, and main security solutions (including cloud) in an enterprise environment.

Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices.

Post secondary education preferred (Computer Science/IT, Risk Management)

ISACA courses such as CISSP, CISA.

Working knowledge of industry security standards such as ISO27001/ISO27002, NIST, etc.

Salary range is expected to be between
$94,220.00 CAD – $174,980.00 CAD
