Overview
The Manager of Human Resources is a strategic and forward-thinking leader responsible for advancing Today’s Family’s people systems, culture, and workforce development strategies. This role ensures that our Human Resources practices evolve alongside the organization’s growth and that our systems, policies, and leadership approaches reflect our commitment to equity, belonging, and organizational excellence.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in strengthening agency capacity through leadership development, systems integration, and policy renewal. You will design and implement people-focused strategies that enhance recruitment, engagement, retention, and learning, building the organizational strength needed to achieve our mission and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-centred, and skilled at guiding change across complex systems. You are both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader who inspires others, fosters collaboration, and drives innovation in all aspects of human resources management.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $72,000 – $81,000
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, wellness resources, and retirement savings (for permanent staff 25+ hours/week).
