World Class Manufacturing is a journey and it’s our talented people who lead us on this journey.About the RoleThe Manager, Professional Practices position is designed to support Magna’s Internal Audit Professional Practices group for organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Internal Audit methodology, tools and resources available to the auditor group for value-add execution of the audit plan, management requested engagements and special projects. The Manager also has responsibility for the annual risk assessment and audit plan and audit methodology.The role is well suited to an experienced professional with internal or external audit or internal controls experience in the automotive manufacturing space, and generally, having a solid technical background and sound understanding of Internal Audit Professional Auditing standards. A successful candidate has excellent people skills, high standards of professionalism and demonstrates thoughtful problem solving while multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsibilities
