You will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and enhancements of the Bank’s student and recent graduate recruitment programs. In addition, you will lead a team of three Recruitment Programs Specialists who support both the programs and general recruitment activity across all Bank departments. Specifically, you will:
- Be accountable for the success of the student & recent graduate recruitment programs, with a strong focus on delivering innovative, high-quality outreach strategy and ensuring a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool that aligns with the Bank’s
. * Lead the annual University Recruitment (UR) campaign guiding and coaching internal stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle.
- Own the success of Recruitment programs by being an inspiring leader, fostering a positive work environment, set clear and ambitious goals, provide coaching and empower your team to excel in delivering outstanding results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external outreach partners, such as universities, colleges, faculty advisors and student associations. You will represent the Bank at outreach events, serving as an enthusiastic ambassador toto engage prospective students and highlight our career opportunities.
- Continuously refine and evolve the design of our programs to implement enhancements that align with business and strategic objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive improvements, optimize processes and support decision-making.
Your education and experience
We are seeking candidates with post-secondary education in a relevant domain (Human resources, Business Administration, etc.) with established, validated experience leading a team of recruitment professionals. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.What you need to succeed
With leadership experience in Early Talent or Campus Recruitment, you are an inspiring leader that excels in interpersonal and communication skills, effortlessly building meaningful relationships and establishing credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders and prospective candidates. You are adept at public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking. Your strong strategic thinking and planning abilities enable you to develop innovative strategies and deploy impactful solutions. Additionally, you are tech-savvy, and your knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies and trends allows you to thrive in dynamic and fast-pace work environment that is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.Assets
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
- Experience with event planning or leading multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience with Employer Branding
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL)
What you need to know
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $106,739 to $125,575 (job grade 17)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 7 to 10% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (5%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
