Salary RangeSalary Band 11 (Minimum- $92,139, Control Point- $122,852, Maximum- $135,137) Placement within a salary band is typically up to the Control Point based on a review of skills, experience and internal equity. The College may place over Control Point in limited circumstances
The OpportunityReporting to the Associate Director, Student Services, the Manager, Student Services delivers on the goal to provide an enriched student experience on campus for domestic and international students. The Manager ensures that programs and services offered to students promote student success and engagement. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities and supervision of assigned staff teams (e.g., student life, accessibility services, student services and/or student wellness) and will manage (lead, organize, and administer) programs and support services that complement students’ academic and career objectives at Douglas College. The Manager will also initiate new programs, establish implementation strategies, identify goals and deliverables and manage other aspects of the department as assigned by the Associate Director.

Additional InformationRegular hours of work are 8:30 am -4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel between Douglas College’s locations as required.Douglas College (DC) is committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for Employees.
