Job Description:

PRE-IDENTIFIED CANDIDATE

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the primary liaison between our Audit Partners and the various departments within the technology organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audit processes and an ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure that technology projects and operations are aligned with audit requirements, internal controls, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Partner Management: Serve as the point of contact for audit partners, managing communication, scheduling, and documentation related to audits.

• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal technology teams and audit partners to ensure smooth and effective audits, providing requested documentation and clarifications promptly.

• Cross-Department Liaison: Facilitate communication and coordination between audit partners and different departments within the tech organization (e.g., IT, Security, Software Development, Infrastructure).

• Audit Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare the necessary materials for audits, track progress, and ensure timely responses to audit findings. Work with teams to implement any recommendations or improvements.

• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline audit operations and enhance internal controls across technology functions.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure that technology projects and initiatives comply with industry standards, regulations, and audit requirements.

• Risk Management Support: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to technology processes and initiatives.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of audit activities, findings, and resolutions, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management within a technology or tech-related environment.

• Strong understanding of auditing processes, internal controls, and risk management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and external partners.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation, process improvement, and compliance.

• Experience with audit software, tools, and systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) is preferred.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Roles in this family lead and drive the planning and delivery of functions or services within Segment CIO groups and/or across Infrastructure and may be accountable for any combination of the following: o Building and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders / assigned portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted advisor in identifying long term IT solutions to meet business objectives and provides technology perspective and expertise in the overall decision making process o Facilitating and developing forecasts / total cost estimates and deliverables to business leaders / internal partners and providing expertise and strategic counsel to the business / assigned clients to enable the most optimal technology solution / service o Developing / brokering and/or delivering end-to-end services to business partners and/or internal technology clients or functions and presents recommendations / integrated solutions where appropriate oActs as the single or primary point of engagement for overall planning and demand / partner management discussions with business leaders / technology partners and is involved in demand intake, capacity forecasting, project / system or platform lifecycle management, and technology delivery and/or service delivery relationship with segment CIOs

· Generally oversees and/or directly manages multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc.) or may be responsible for seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support /shared services to Segment CIOs, Business Leaders and/or various stakeholders across the organization, communicating the technology organization’s overall book of work, and managing expectations for all stakeholders
