Permanent Full Time–We’re hiring for a permanent full-time Manager, Wealth Support in London, ON.The Canada Operations (CanOps) Business Systems & Automation team is seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring seamless Production Support, Statement execution, and the successful delivery of projects and enhancements for Wealth Operations and Product teams. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and provide a high level of service to both internal teams and clients.What you will do:Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
- Monitor team performance, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
Production Support:
- Oversee day-to-day operational support, ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues impacting business operations.
- Ensure root-cause analysis is conducted on recurring issues and preventative measures are implemented.
Statement Delivery:
- Manage the end-to-end process of statement generation and distribution.
- Ensure statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with vendors or internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any statement-related issues.
Project & Enhancement Delivery:
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to Wealth products and services through effective business analysis.
- Capacity vs Demand management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with delivery.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in a Production or Operational support environment.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to statement generation and delivery is a plus.
- A critical thinker that has attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- A proactive approach to collaboration with business partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects using strong time and task management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in different project methodologies like Agile, Iterative, Incremental and Waterfall is beneficial.
- Self-starter who is innovative and accepting of and open to learning new ideas.
–The base salary for this position is between $78,600- $131,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
