This individual will play a key role in supporting the acquisition of new properties, furnishing them, and managing the day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing the booking process, guest check-ins/outs, coordinating housekeeping services, managing reservations, and ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Acquisition & Management:

Assist in identifying and acquiring new properties for the portfolio, ensuring they align with the company’s quality and service standards.
Manage the operations of multiple properties in the assigned market, including inventory management and resource allocation.
Oversee the furnishing of newly acquired apartments, ensuring they meet company standards for style, comfort, and functionality. * Guest Experience Management:Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Coordinate with housekeeping teams to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of properties.
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and communication. * Reservations & Coordination:Manage property bookings and reservations, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
Work with the team to implement pricing strategies and adjust rates based on market demand. * Team Coordination & Supervision:Supervise and coordinate with local staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk personnel.
Ensure all operational procedures are followed, and performance targets are met. * Market Analysis & Reporting:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local rental market.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including occupancy rates, revenue generation, and customer feedback. * Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to promote properties and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.Qualifications:

  • Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, property management, or a related field. Experience in the short-term rental market or real estate is a plus.
Proven experience in managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment. * Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties efficiently.
Familiarity with property management software and booking platforms.
Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences. * Education:A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. * Languages:Fluency in [languages required] is preferred.Additional Requirements:
