We are looking for a seasoned Analyst, Engagement Marketing to lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives through robust CRM strategies, optimize digital sales channels, and collaborate with marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of CRM systems, proficiency in digital marketing, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engagement Marketing, the Analyst will play a key role in executing and optimizing campaigns in an Agile Marketing environment to deliver measurable results.This is a 1 year contract, and requires the Analyst to work onsite at our client’s site in Toronto 3 days per week.Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies and campaigns aimed at driving customer growth and meeting business objectives for our banking client.
  • Oversee the creation of digital content, working closely with external agencies and internal branding teams to ensure alignment with customer insights and personalized messaging.
  • Implement a strategic test-and-learn plan, applying best practices to optimize performance while adhering to business and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Credit Risk, Product, and Data Insights teams to develop quarterly and annual plans that align with the bank’s risk framework.
  • Track, monitor, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
  • Create engagement forecasts based on historical data, and assess performance against monthly goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in marketing principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices across multiple channels and financial products.
  • Strong skills in writing clear, effective briefs that define objectives, strategies, and campaign offers.
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data, extract key insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • A customer-centric mindset and approach to marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative flair and a passion for achieving results.
