As a provider of full-service factoring, they help their clients bridge that gap and grow sustainably. They are seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong strategic mindset, and is deeply analytical. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners..Job Function:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and RevOps data. Generate insights to inform strategies and present actionable recommendations.
  • Project & Process Management: Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
  • Tradeshow Planning & Execution: Support planning, logistics, and execution of tradeshows and events. Experience coordinating onsite and virtual components is a plus.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Handle budget allocation, resource utilization, and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and drive measurable results.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or financial services.
  • Deep experience in campaign strategy, performance analysis, and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social platforms (e.g., Meta).
  • Experience with tradeshow planning and logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Experience working with agencies, budget planning, and vendor coordination.
  • A mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • 70% strategy / 30% execution.
