With responsibilities that include budget management, timeline delivery, and workflow oversight, you will develop strong project management capabilities.Responsibilities
Support the strategic 1-2 year marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business revenue targets and adherence to allocated marketing budgets.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners (marketing agencies, media companies, and production suppliers) to develop and deliver marketing strategies and tactics (offer, creative, target audience, channel) that meet business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end workflow and deliverables from third-party partners and internal execution teams.
• Manage the creative development process and ensure all internal approvals, including legal and compliance reviews, are secured for direct marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and support the overall brand image.
• Build and foster strong relationships with key business contacts, acting as a trusted and valued partner in their business growth.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on competitive engagement insights and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
• Leverage analytics to create measurable and profitable marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing for future improvement and maximizing marketing ROI.
• Provide ongoing communication and regular status updates on all assigned marketing campaigns to key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and implement new and effective methods for delivering targeted direct

Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing creative and marketing communications processes across various mediums, including direct and interactive channels (Marketing Project Management).

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, with knowledge of retail banking products. Experience with credit card products is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in email marketing, specifically producing client-facing communications.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring all costs align with estimates.
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent related experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with an agency on creative development.
• Copywriting experience or familiarity.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of email creation.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and confidently share your point of view respectfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Capable of managing multiple email campaigns concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver projects on time with a strong sense of urgency.
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills and approaches.
• Effective negotiation skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations and stakeholder expectations.
