• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies – Independently create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Teams – Work with our technical and sales teams to gather insights and enhance strategies.
• Manage External Agencies – Procure and coordinate with creative and digital marketing agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management – Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor and Analyze KPIs – Establish key performance indicators to assess pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
• Adapt and Optimize Plans – Continuously refine marketing strategies based on

The Person

• Experience – Preferably 2+ years in a marketing role, but talent and passion are paramount.
• Education – Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Skills

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
