Overview:We are hiring a Marketing Manager to play a critical role in growing our Positive Choices portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will lead the strategic vision and brand planning for this portfolio and ensure creative excellence on equity / activation programs, as well as the strength of commercial execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. This position reports into the Marketing Director, Share & Household Builder.What you can expect from us:

Responsibilities:

• Overall, responsible for ensuring the Positive Choices portfolio of brands – including PopCorners, Stacy’s, Bare and any NEW future platforms – is rooted with long-term growth strategies and an innovation pipeline grounded in consumer insight.
• Lead the strategic planning process (BGS through AOP) for the portfolio, developing strategies and opportunities for the portfolio consistent with brand positioning and equity.
• Lead development and execution of the innovation pipeline through the Stage Gate process.
• Act as an Owner, leading and collaborating with the cross-functional team to ensure coordination of all marketing activities and timely execution with excellence.
• Lead Total Connections Planning (i.e. Media & Communications plans) across the brands, working with Insights and Agency partners to deliver effective programming with a human-centricity approach.
• Wire & collaborate with the US and Global groups to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment.
• Manage, motivate, coach and develop one direct report

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred).
• 6+ years marketing experience
• Proven strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build brand growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners.
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong problem solving and sound business judgment; ability to anticipate issues and resolve them.
• Ability to coach & develop world class talent.
