Position Overview:Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg’s leader in Permanent Recruitment, has partnered with our client, to recruit for a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This role will focus on strategic marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and content creation.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Design and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to create compelling messaging that resonates with clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary studies in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada, including the appropriate work permits or residency status to be employed in a full-time role.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills through art and digital media.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in the English language is an asset.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies within the software industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
