This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-officeMarketing Messaging SpecialistOur Marketing team is the expert at spreading the Priceline message far and wide – helping our customers find big deals on travel and get to the moments that matter most.Why this job’s a big deal:As the Marketing Messaging Specialist at Priceline, you’ll be a driving force behind personalized and engaging messaging campaigns that reach millions of customers each month, via email, push notifications, SMS, and other messaging channels. You will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team and key stakeholders to ensure that every campaign is executed flawlessly and delivered on time, while playing a key role in driving growth for our business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the forefront of digital marketing and messaging in the travel industry.In this role you will get to:Coordinate with the team and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deployment and delivery of all messaging campaignsVerify segmentation and list targeting to ensure messages are personalized and relevant to each customerShare responsibility for QA of all messaging campaigns to ensure they meet high standards of qualityMonitor performance and deliverability metrics for all active campaigns and make recommendations for improvementsExecute and monitor A/B tests across multiple campaigns and messaging channels to improve campaign performanceManage digital assets required for messaging campaigns, including copy, images, and other mediaCoordinate with other teams and stakeholders to run marketing calendar and ensure all messaging is delivered in a timely and organized mannerWho you are:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing or related field2+ years of experience handling marketing campaigns in a Messaging Automation Platform including email, SMS, push notifications, or similarExperience ideating and executing AB testsMeticulous, analytical, and well organizedDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team and participate in technical and non-technical discussionsClear understanding of digital advertising concepts and termsAbility to communicate fluently in EnglishBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for email client renderingDemonstrated passion for exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions for campaign and workflow optimization1+ year of Jira or other project management toolsEagerness to learn and develop new skills to help improve processes and performanceDemonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
