Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team at Mercer Canada. This role can be based at any location in Canada near a Marsh McLennan office. It is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In accordance with Bill 96, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in both English and French, as this role requires effective communication with our bilingual clientele.As a Human Resources Manager, you will coach, support and advise People Managers, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to counsel on people matters in a company where the people function is a strategic partner and collaborate with a community of HR professionals across several businesses with the potential to be involved in project work.This is a great opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist or Employee Relations professional and it’s unique in the level of exposure to Business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and the people function team.We will count on you to:
