• An elementary specialist, instructing from the K-7 level
• Experience either teaching or learning within the British Columbia, Canadian education system

• Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment.
• Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math.
• Supervise, interact with, and motivate students.
• Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery.
• Evaluate and document student progress.
• Communicate student needs to the Center Director.

You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method. All of the tools you need will be provided.AVAILABILITY:

• Successful candidates will be available 8 – 16 hours per week.
• Working hours generally fall between 3:00 and 7:00 PM Monday-Friday.
• Availability to learn how to teach online is a plus!
