Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience with food handling?A major food production facility and distributor in Victoria are looking for Production workers and Meat and Seafood Processors to join their friendly crew!MEAT / SEAFOOD PROCESSOR
Opportunity: Full time, temporary to permanent position
Location: Central Saanich – transit accessible
Hours: Monday-Friday, early, daytime, and graveyard shifts available!
Pay rate: $18/hour+
Start: ASAPAdvantages

Responsibilities

• Processing of meat and/or seafood ready for packing
• Cutting and trimming meat/seafood cuts
• Boxing of products
• Organising and checking deliveries
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Prep cook or grocery meat or fish department experience is an asset
• Understands weights and measures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and stay productive and results-oriented throughout the shift
