À propos du rôle :

ViiV Healthcare recherche un(e) Associé(e) à l’Éducation Médicale motivé(e) pour soutenir nos responsables médicaux dans l’exécution des stratégies et initiatives éducatives. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne proactive ayant un parcours en VIH, microbiologie, biologie cellulaire ou immunologie, qui s’épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.

Responsabilités clés :

• Soutenir les responsables médicaux dans les opérations quotidiennes, y compris la préparation et la distribution de supports de communication et la coordination des réunions.
• Aider au développement et à l’exécution de programmes d’éducation médicale, en gérant l’affectation des conférenciers, les évaluations et le suivi des présences.
• Collaborer de manière transversale pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’éducation médicale et des améliorations des processus.
• Servir de liaison entre la gestion de projet et les agences externes, en assurant une exécution dans les délais des livrables.
• Promouvoir les gains d’efficacité opérationnelle entre l’Éducation Médicale et les autres équipes internes.
• Gérer les informations confidentielles avec discrétion.

Qualifications de base :

• Diplôme universitaire en sciences ou en sciences de la santé.
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (écrites et orales).
• Capacité à prioriser, gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et respecter des délais serrés dans un environnement dynamique.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes avec une approche proactive et orientée vers les solutions.
• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et de la gestion de bases de données.
• Niveau avancé de français et d’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.*

Qualifications préférées :

• Avoir ou être en train d’obtenir un diplôme avancé en sciences biomédicales est un atout.
• Une familiarité avec le paysage de l’éducation médicale est un plus.
• Expérience de collaboration avec des agences externes et des équipes transversales.

About the Role:

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Medical Education Associate to support our Medical Leads in executing educational strategies and initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a background in HIV, microbiology, HIV, cell biology, or immunology, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Medical Leads with day-to-day operations, including preparing and distributing communication materials and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the development and execution of medical education programs, managing speaker assignments, evaluations, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement medical education strategies and process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between project management and external agencies, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
• Champion operational efficiencies between Medical Education and other internal teams.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.

Basic Qualifications:

• University degree in Science or Health Sciences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Intermediate English / advanced English both written and spoken*
• Due to the nature of the work and job responsibilities required in this role, applicants must be able to communicate at an intermediate level in French and English, both written & spoken to be considered. In this role the incumbent will interact & collaborate daily with external/internal stakeholders in other provinces/countries that do not speak French.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having or working towards an advanced degree in biomedical sciences is an asset.
• Familiarity with the medical education landscape is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
