This role is a 4-month paid contract position, which starts in May 2025 and will end in August 2025. Our position will be based in our Mississauga head office and allow for flexible working arrangements working both onsite (3 times per week) and virtually.

Reporting line manager: Director, Centre of Excellence – Medical Education

Responsibilities:

Support the Medical Education Centre of Excellence in the development of tools supporting the development and execution of learning programs across the organization Example: Preparation of How-to-Guides to enhance operational effectiveness of learning programs Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the organization’s medical education strategy Preparation of reports and presentations to communicate medical education insights, program impact and project updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on business, science or related field (2nd or 3rd year) Strong analytical and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
