About the Opportunity We’re hiring a Membership Sales & Member Motivator to join our brand-new Anytime Fitness location in West Brantford (Conklin Road). This is a part-time role with a competitive base salary plus commission—perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people and achieving results. As a key team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving membership sales and creating a supportive, uplifting environment where members feel empowered to achieve their fitness goals. What You’ll Do: * Proactively drive membership sales and seek out new opportunities to grow our community. * Sell personal training packages at the point of sale to help members achieve their fitness goals. * Build strong, meaningful connections with new and existing members. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every member has a positive and motivating experience. * Perform opening and closing duties to maintain a clean and organized club environment. * Create and share engaging social media content to attract new members and showcase our club’s community. * Answer member inquiries and confidently promote membership options and upgrades. * Work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and Saturdays. What We’re Looking For: * Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, ideally in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a similar field. * Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. * Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a proactive approach to member engagement. * Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak hours. * Communication: Strong interpersonal and upselling skills. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
