Salary: $40-$45/hour

We are searching for a licensed Millwright for our manufacturing company in Milton. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.

Job Details:

Day shift / Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm

You will be responsible for working at customer sites or at the Milton head office in various capacities such as preventative maintenance, fabrication, millwrighting, machinery moving/rigging. You will have Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities, ability to work alone or with a team coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are required

The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma, a Mechanics License (433A), a valid G drivers license with clean abstract and reliable transportation with a clear criminal record.

Pay rate is negotiable based off experience. ($40-$45)

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a Millwright in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including low voltage applications, is highly desirable.
• Experience with boilers and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues effectively.
