As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will lead a team, implement efficient processes, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving activities. Your expertise in logistics, team management, and process improvement will contribute to the overall success of our operations.Advantages

Lead and manage the warehouse operations team, including hiring, training, coaching, and
performance evaluations.

-Minimum 4 à 5 ans d’expérience en entrepôt.
-Expérience démontrée en gestion d’équipe et leadership.
-Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (WMS, suite Office).
-Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
-Capacité à travailler dans un rythme modéré avec de l’autonomie.
-Bonnes compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et organisation.
-Expérience dans les domaines industriel.
-À l’aise pour travailler dans un environnement chaud ou froid.
