Our agency has 1 open position right now in Vancouver North(please read carefully).Our agency specializes in nanny placement. We match families with nannies but you will be self employed (not hired, no payroll, and will have to do you own taxes).NOTE: YOU MUST BE 18+We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to join our team and provide top-notch care to our families.CPR and First aid up to date and a recent police background check are the REQUIREMENTS.Job description: Full time (30-35 hours/week) nanny/housekeeper job, split between two families (10 minute walk between houses). Drivers license required.Family one: two kids (6 and 4 years old). Kids are in full-time school/daycare. Duties are 70% housekeeping, 30% childcare (childcare coverage when kids are home sick, childcare a few mornings or after schools a week, occasional weekend childcare replacing weekday work by mutual agreement).Family two: two kids (6 and 2 years old). Kids are in full-time school/daycare. Dad is a nurse with shift work; mom works full time and must travel. Duties are 50% childcare, 50% housekeeping. When mom is away, nanny must get kids ready and to school when dad has a morning shift; must pick kids up, take them to activities, do dinner, and put to bed when dad has an evening shift; and must be available for full days on weekends (mornings or evenings) when dad works. When mom is home, duties are split between housekeeping and childcare, especially getting kids to and from school/daycare/activities.Requirements:Drivers license; willing to drive family’s car with kids
Flexible schedule: sometimes as early as 6:30 am, sometimes as late as midnight.
Good communicator, well organized.
