Experience : 3+ years in network security in a financial environment.

• Technical skills :

• Administration and support of firewalls (CheckPoint, Fortigate) , proxies ( Bluecoat, McAfee ), DNS/DHCP (Infoblox) and load balancers ( F5 LTM/GTM ).
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, SSL/VPN, Clustering) and CLI commands (Bash, Shell, IOS).
• Language: bilingual or English-speaking accepted

Soft Skills

• Ability to interact with different teams (Security, IT, Business Units) .
• Have good communication skills

Strengths:

• Certifications : CISSP, CCSA, CCSE (a plus but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like HP Network Automation, Solarwinds, Zabbix .
• Experience in a banking environment or multinational company .
• Ability to interact with different teams (Security, IT, Business Units) .

Job description:
The Network Security Engineer is responsible for managing, supporting and optimizing security infrastructures (firewalls, proxies, DNS, Load Balancer) for the Americas region. He ensures the proper functioning of critical systems , collaborates with the Security and IT teams, and intervenes in the event of an incident, while ensuring compliance with the company’s security standards.Main tasks:

• Deploy, configure and maintain firewalls, proxies, DNS/DHCP and load balancers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot security equipment (CheckPoint, Fortinet, Bluecoat, F5, Infoblox).
• Provide level 3 technical support and participate in 24/7 incident response.
• Implement and optimize network security policies in collaboration with the Security team.
• Document and produce detailed reports on the state of infrastructure and technical developments.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the performance and security of network environments.
